These terms govern the use of the process engineering and ISO quality management consulting services offered by Finteras. By using our services, you agree to comply with these terms.
Finteras provides technical auditing services for production flows, process standardization, and advisory services for the implementation of international quality standards (ISO). Specific services are detailed in the individual work agreement.
The client agrees to provide access to the necessary technical information, key personnel, and facilities for the proper execution of audits and consultations. The client is responsible for the accuracy of the data provided.
Our liability is limited to the amount of fees paid for the services that gave rise to the claim. We are not responsible for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising from the implementation of our recommendations.
Reports, methodologies, and tools delivered are the property of Finteras. The client is granted a non-exclusive license for use for the agreed purposes. The client retains rights to its confidential information.
Both parties agree to treat all sensitive information exchanged during the provision of the service as confidential, in accordance with applicable legislation and our Privacy Policy.
We reserve the right to modify these terms. Changes will be notified and will be effective for future services. Either party may terminate the agreement for material breach notified in writing and not remedied within 30 days.
